How to report an error
If you believe a story contains a factual error, please tell us through our contact page (choose “Correction request”) and include the link to the story and the details of the error.
How we correct
- We review every request as soon as possible.
- Factual errors are corrected in the story, with a note explaining what was changed and when.
- Significant updates to a story are marked as updated.
- Where a story is found to be seriously flawed, we may remove it and explain why.
What we do not change
We do not change opinions, and we do not remove accurate reporting because it is unwelcome.
